GET SWEATY, WHILE HAVING FUN
You’ll be participating in small group classes utilizing strength and conditioning methodologies, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each session a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in our program, as well as review range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a strength and conditioning style workout. You will get sweaty and you will have fun. Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in our program you may graduate to our regular classes and get the full experience!
